Deborah is a 47-year-old mother of 3 amazing kids.  Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, she moved to the United States at 20 years old, leaving her family behind. She has been in Fitness her whole life and competed in Figure Body Building competitions (at the age of 40) and Powerlifting (at the age of 44).  She still holds the NJ state record for Deadlift and Squat! She believes age is just a number, and when we set our minds to something we can make it happen.  

Today, she runs her own company and specializes in training golfers to find more mobility, more speed, and less injury. Pilates is now the cornerstone of most of her personal workout routines, too!

She currently leads marketing and content strategy at Zipper, the all-in-one studio management platform built specifically for boutique studios. Connie's work focuses on local SEO, brand strategy, and helping studios attract new clients and grow sustainably — without the tech overwhelm.
