The Studio Tara Lyn Pilates is located on Changebridge Road in the same plaza as Seven Scoops and the Fine Arts Connection. When you turn into the parking lot, we are at the right side of building. (Same side as Seven Scoops Ice Cream)

When you turn into the parking lot to 61 Berdan Ave, go through the middle door and up the stairs. We share the upstairs with Nirvana Infrared Yoga and occupy the right studio upstairs. The middle door is in between Hometown Creamery and Wayne Nails.
